MEISON is a collection of high-end and luxury women’s apparel brands including Jones New York, Misook, Ming Wang, and Kasper. We focus on elevated, timeless workwear and fashions that are easy to mix-and-match and designed to help build an effortless and reusable wardrobe. Our brands are found online, through specialty boutiques, and in stores with our various retail partners such as Neiman Marcus, Saks 5th Avenue, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, and Dillard’s.

You'll be the go-to expert on AI tools, APIs, and integrations across our operations. You'll analyze existing workflows, pinpoint the inefficiencies and bottlenecks others miss, and build proof-of-concept automations using approved AI and low-code platforms. You evaluate processes before automating them, because automating a broken process just scales the problem. This is fast, structured, detail-heavy work where accuracy and governance matter as much as cleverness.

Responsibilities

~1 min read
  • →Partner with cross-functional teams to document current-state workflows and identify manual tasks, bottlenecks, and standardization opportunities.
  • →Evaluate processes before automating, then build proof-of-concept solutions with approved AI tools, low-code/no-code platforms, and APIs.
  • →Translate business needs into functional specifications, workflow logic, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • →Maintain and prioritize a centralized pipeline of process improvement and automation projects by value, feasibility, cost, and risk.
  • →Coordinate pilots, UAT, documentation, deployment, and training to support adoption of new AI-enabled workflows.
  • →Support company-wide AI adoption within data security, access control, and governance standards, tracking measurable improvements.

Requirements

~2 min read
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, business systems, digital transformation, or automation-related roles.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business workflows and translate operational requirements into actionable technology solutions.
  • Hands-on experience implementing workflow automation, AI-enabled business solutions, or low-code/no-code applications.
  • Working knowledge of generative AI tools, AI agents, APIs, and integration concepts.
  • Strong process mapping, requirements gathering, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both non-technical business users and technical development teams.
  • Comfortable working independently, managing multiple initiatives, and taking ownership of projects from discovery through implementation.
  • Ability to evaluate solutions based on business value rather than technology trends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar enterprise AI platforms.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar technologies.
  • Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, webhooks, and relational databases.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite and business applications such as Shopify.
  • Experience supporting internal application development or business systems integrations.
  • Familiarity with AI agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Background in apparel, retail, wholesale distribution, supply chain, or e-commerce.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.

You'll be trusted as the subject-matter authority, with the depth to recommend solutions based on complexity, cost, security, and maintainability. You'll get to dig into the technical details, troubleshoot, and prove results through measurable gains in hours saved, error rates, and cycle times. Success means solutions that are documented, scalable, and demonstrably correct. If you'd rather be right than popular, you'll fit here.
