Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Stuff and fit cushions according to patterns
- →Cover cushions with fabric and securely staple materials to the framework
- →Button and finish cushions for installation in our boats
- →Inspect finished cushions for defects, damage, or stains
- →Maintain Sportsman Boats' high standards for quality and craftsmanship
- →Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- →Work independently and as part of a team to keep production moving
- →Strong attention to detail
- →Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
- →Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- →Ability to stand and work with your hands and arms for extended periods
- →Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- →Ability to bend, kneel, reach, grip, push, pull, and perform other physical movements throughout the day
- →High school diploma or equivalent
- →Bilingual Spanish/English and marine or boating industry experience are a plus!
