VP Finance, Wellbeing

• Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Progressive experience in finance leadership, including FP&A, pricing, and business partnering
• Background in wellbeing, health, benefits, or healthcare SaaS and services businesses preferred

• Advanced financial modeling, including pricing models and scenario analysis
• Experience building models for RFPs, renewals, and client-specific proposals
• Expertise in unit cost analysis, margin management, and capacity planning
• Knowledge of engagement, participation, retention, and renewal metrics in a platform and services model
• Experience evaluating vendor contracts and outsourcing models

Compensation: This position offers a base salary range of $200,000 - $245,000, depending on location, skills, and experience. You're eligible for our full benefits package starting day one.
