Clearview is looking for customer-focused professionals interested in retail banking and branch opportunities, including Teller, Universal Banker, Member Service Representative, Personal Banker, and similar member-facing positions.

What You’ll Do

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

• Provide exceptional member service in a fast-paced retail banking/credit union environment
• Process routine teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and check cashing
• Handle cash accurately and follow established cash handling, balancing, and transaction-processing procedures
• Assist members with account opening and servicing, including checking, savings, and other deposit accounts
• Educate members on banking products and services, including deposit accounts, consumer loans, credit cards, online banking, mobile banking, and other digital tools
• Identify member needs and make appropriate product recommendations, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities
• Support members with questions regarding their accounts, transactions, and financial services
• Develop lasting member relationships through proactive, consultative conversations
• Assist with consumer lending and loan applications when applicable to the position
• Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, confidentiality, and adherence to applicable banking, credit union, security, and compliance procedures
• Work collaboratively with branch teammates to meet service and business goals
• Support daily branch operations and create a welcoming, professional experience for every member
• Represent Clearview through community involvement and charitable events

What You Bring

We’re interested in candidates with a variety of backgrounds and experience levels. Qualifications may vary depending on the specific opportunity.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of experience in banking, credit unions, financial services, teller operations, cash handling, retail sales, hospitality, or customer service
• Experience with account opening, teller transactions, consumer lending, referrals, sales, or financial products is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort handling cash and financial transactions accurately
• Ability to identify customer/member needs and recommend relevant products or services
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a regulated, process-driven environment
• Comfortable learning and assisting members with online and mobile banking technology
• Ability to work a flexible retail banking schedule, including Saturdays as needed
• A service mindset grounded in empathy, integrity, teamwork, and growth

Your current or previous title does not have to be an exact match. Relevant experience may include:

• Teller, Bank Teller, Universal Banker, Personal Banker, Relationship Banker, Member Service Representative,  Member Service Specialist, Financial Service Representative, Customer Service Representative, Branch Associate, Branch Banker, Retail Banker, Banking Associate

Candidates coming from strong cash-handling, retail sales, hospitality, or customer-service environments may also be considered for entry-level banking opportunities.

Typical Branch Hours

Schedules may vary by position and location and are generally within the following hours of operation:

• Monday – Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
