The Business Process Transformation Leader is responsible for leading company-wide process transformation initiatives across FET's end-to-end operations, with particular focus on the order-to-cash value stream, from demand planning, through procurement, manufacturing, shipping, invoicing, and customer delivery.

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role that works directly with business leaders and functional teams to understand how work is performed today, identify root causes and improvement opportunities, and lead the implementation of practical, scalable solutions. The role will move beyond recommendations by getting into the details of workflows, systems, responsibilities, and execution to drive adoption and measurable results.

With sponsorship from senior leadership, this leader will influence across functions, balance transformation priorities with day-to-day business requirements, and establish standardized ways of working that improve efficiency, accountability, visibility, and the customer experience. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to shape how FET operates and to build broad exposure across the company.
