Rattlesnake Point Golf Club is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Driving Range Attendants. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining excellent facilities, and have a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Driving Range Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring our practice facilities are maintained to the highest standards, creating an exceptional experience for members and guests.

Responsibilities

→Responsible for "Outside Services" such as Member and Guest greeting, golf club washing, golf cart cleaning/maintenance, driving range operation.
→Collect, clean, and replenish driving range balls throughout the day.
→Operate range-picking equipment safely and efficiently.
→Set up and maintain practice areas, including the driving range, putting greens, and short game facilities.
→Ensure range stations are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
→Assist members and guests with questions regarding practice facilities.
→Monitor the condition of practice areas and report maintenance concerns.
→Perform routine cleaning of equipment and designated work areas.
→Support golf operations staff with tournament and event preparations as needed.
→Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a safe environment for members, guests, and fellow team members.
→Contribute to a positive and professional atmosphere that reflects the club's commitment to service excellence.

Requirements
