As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment safely and according to established standards, procedures, and work instructions.
• Following multi-step processes to complete machine set-up, operation, changeovers, and other production activities.
• Identifying equipment or process issues and using problem-solving skills to troubleshoot basic problems, escalate when appropriate, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Inspecting and packing product safely and according to standards.
• Performing tests at a high quality of standards set by quality specifications.
• Supporting the team when working with other Operators and Service Groups to optimize processes, including timeliness of product flow.
• Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.

• High School Diploma/GED (completed prior to start) and 1 year of experience in a machine operator role OR 3 years of experience in a machine operator role.

• Ability to work either an 8, 10, or 12 hour shift
• Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

The starting rate of pay for this position is $25.12/hr, with the potential for future pay increases. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
