Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Spine and Pain Ctr - Days

• Position: Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator
• Location: Skokie
• Full time
• Hours:  7a to 4p Mon - Fri

The Perioperative Clinical Coordinator is a Registered Professional Nurse who:   

•Has accountability for perioperative nursing care provided in his/her designated surgical specialties. 

• Coordinates department throughput, efficiencies, resources and staffing.

• Secures/Procures and maintains supplies, equipment and instruments necessary to deliver optimal surgical care

• Coordinates perioperative workflows, activities, and communicate to all key stakeholders working with or in the perioperative areas.

• →Education:
  • →BSN or currently enrolled in BSN program.  Degree must be acquired within 24 mths, from an accredited nursing program, of hire.
• →Certification/License:
  • →IL RN License
  • →CPR BLS issued by American Heart Association 
• →Experience:

• →
  • →Team building, leadership acumen, critical thinking and effective communication. 
  • →Must demonstrate competency in care of all patient age groups specific to specialty.  Competencies are unit/specialty specific.
