CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Uta Halee Academy (UHA) is a female-specific residential program that offers young women opportunities to build productive, meaningful futures for themselves and their communities. Through rigorous education, positive skill development, and individualized therapeutic interventions and treatment, we empower youth to reach their full potential. The facility features residential student dormitories, on-site schooling, a dining hall, and extracurricular opportunities for the students. • →Be at least 21 years old
• →Have a Master's degree in Social Work or Human Services, or a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D. or Ph.D.)
• →Current State licensure - LIMHP, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
• →Three to five years of clinical and administrative experience in a residential or hospital setting
• →Experience working with at-risk youth 
• →Supervisory experience

This position requires completing a drug screen and TB test.
