Frequent travel throughout the region is required, with the ability to support onsite operational needs as they arise, including urgent or high-priority situations.  Due to the onsite and travel requirements of the position, candidates must be based within reasonable commuting distance of the Indianapolis market or be willing to relocate to the area. What You’ll Do  Lead and support maintenance operations across a multi-site region, ensuring consistent execution and high-quality standards  Mentor and develop maintenance teams, including Service Managers and technicians, to strengthen performance and engagement  Implement and reinforce standardized maintenance procedures, processes, and safety practices  Partner with Regional Property Managers and community leaders to optimize operations and troubleshoot challenges  Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service quality to drive efficiency and cost effectiveness  Monitor performance trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement operational enhancements  Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and applicable codes  What We’re Looking For  5+ years of experience in multi-site or regional maintenance leadership  Strong technical expertise across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems  Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development, coaching, and performance improvement  Ability to influence across teams and partner effectively with operations leadership  HVAC certification and/or boiler license a plus  #AC8999
