- Credit Requests and Recommendations: Evaluate new customer credit requests and temporary or permanent credit-limit increases, develop a clear recommendation, and route requests for approval in accordance with established credit policy and delegated authority.
- Credit Analysis and Reviews: Complete comprehensive initial and annual reviews for assigned customers, including analysis of financial statements, liquidity, leverage, profitability, cash flow, corporate structure, payment history, exposure, and other relevant risk considerations. Incorporate external credit reports, trade references, public filings, ratings, market information, and other appropriate sources into a well-supported written recommendation.
- Credit Holds and Order Release: Review accounts on credit hold, gather the relevant payment, exposure, and dispute information, and work with Credit and the Commercial team to support timely order- or shipment-release decisions within established approval authority.
- Credit Support: Help evaluate, document, and monitor appropriate credit-support arrangements, including guarantees, letters of credit, collateral, prepayments, credit insurance, or other risk-mitigation tools, in coordination with Credit, Legal, Treasury, and Commercial partners.

- Dispute Coordination: Serve as a liaison among customers, Billing, and the Commercial team when a customer identifies a dispute; clarify the issue, connect the appropriate owners, track progress, and help move the matter to resolution.
- Auto- Draft Support: Review the prior day’s auto-draft activity each morning, confirm the daily auto- draft job initiates as expected, coordinate early drafts when needed, and investigate failed or incomplete processing.
