Allied Universal® Technology Services is hiring a Program Manager with the Strategic Accounts Team.  The Program Manager functions to ensure that the program to which they are assigned is successful and arrives at a profitable completion.  Responsible for overall program progress, contract management, cost control, financial reporting, scheduling, quality assurance and control, and safety. 

• →Must possess one or more of the following:
  • →Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering
  • →Technical Associate’s degree in electronics or equivalent with three (3) years of construction-based experience
  • →High school diploma or equivalent with five (5) years of construction-based work experience
• →Minimum of five (5) years of experience in successfully building and developing teams
• →Current driver’s license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle in the course of conducting business (e.g., client visits, attending networking events)
• →Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Word), along with excellent technology and operational proficiency
• →Demonstrated ability to lead in a fast-paced operational environment, effectively prioritizing competing demands, managing deadlines, and taking initiative to drive results
• →Strong professional judgment, discretion, and integrity, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential business, employee, and client information
• →Flexibility to support varying schedules, weekends, and operational demands as needed
• →Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with clients, field teams, and leaders across all levels of the organization

• College degree in business administration, management, or related field
• Professional certifications in project management or resource management (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, Agile, Waterfall)
• Experience in the security integration industry
• Factory certifications in relevant technology platforms (Software House, Lenel, Brivo, Open Options, Exacq, American Dynamics, Milestone, OnSSI, etc.)
