• →Set up delivery and customer pick up appointments
• →Confirm inventory on product before shipping
• →Respond to email in a timely manner
• →Assist Warehouse Supervisors with the assignments for the Forklift drivers and other duties
• →Assist Warehouse Supervisors on any tasks needed
• →Request carriers for pre-loaded shipments and entering loads into TMS
• →Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management

• High School diploma or GED
• Reading, writing, and basic math skills are needed for this job
• Must be computer literate and have knowledge of Microsoft AX, Excel, Word and Outlook
• Problem-solve to make sure that customers are satisfied
• Must be able to effectively communicate with other employees and management
• Knowledge of Forklifts
• Self-managing organization and time management skills
