Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Women’s Health (Farmington Hills, MI / Warren, MI)

The APP will provide comprehensive women’s health care while working closely with our OB/GYN physicians. Scope and schedule are predictable and outpatient-focused. Primary work will be based in Farmington Hills, with regular clinic days in our Warren, MI location. For the right provider, there may be an opportunity to move to a Farmington Hills-based role over time as the new site grows.

• →Conduct well-woman exams and preventive visits
• →Evaluate and manage gynecologic conditions
• →Provide contraceptive counseling and management
• →Manage menopause-related care
• →Support prenatal and postpartum patient care as appropriate
• →Perform in-office procedures, including IUD and contraceptive implant placement and removal, colposcopy (optional), and NSTs
• →Document care in the EMR and collaborate with physicians as needed

• Full-time, weekday clinic schedule
• Primarily Farmington Hills, with regular clinic days in Warren
• No weekends or call required
• Consistent, family-friendly workflow

• Locations: Farmington Hills, MI (new satellite) and Warren, MI
• Physician team: 6 OB/GYN physicians, with continued growth planned
• Experienced nursing, MA, and administrative support
• Willingness to travel to future satellite locations is required

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Prior OB/GYN or women’s health experience required
• Strong interest in women’s health
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to practice independently within scope
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
