Responsibilities

→Active Secret security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.
→5–8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
→DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification, such as CompTIA Security+ CE or an equivalent certification.
→Strong understanding of ITSM processes, CMDB management, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer.
→Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades, instance management, update sets, and release management.
→Experience supporting federal, Department of Defense (DoD), or other highly regulated environments.
→Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
→Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation and stakeholder coordination.

Requirements

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
One or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) credentials.
Experience with ITOM, ServiceNow Discovery, or Service Mapping.
Experience hardening ServiceNow environments in accordance with STIG requirements and supporting ATO processes.
Previous experience leading or mentoring a ServiceNow administration or development team.
ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
