Design eye-catching, conversion-focused static advertisements for Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

Research target audiences and understand their purchasing motivations to translate marketing insights, psychological triggers, hooks, and advertising angles into effective visual concepts.

Develop a variety of creative formats, including product-focused advertisements, UGC-style statics, before-and-after visuals, collages, and carousels.

Collaborate with copywriters and creative strategists to translate briefs and advertising concepts into engaging visuals while contributing original ideas.

Create new variations of successful advertisements by testing different layouts, visual hooks, messaging placements, and design approaches.

Analyze performance feedback and use insights to continuously refine and optimize advertising creatives.

Stay up to date with emerging design trends, social media advertising formats, and creative techniques, applying them to relevant e-commerce campaigns.

Explore innovative design approaches and AI-powered tools to improve creative workflows and accelerate concept development.

Requirements

Previous experience in static ad design, ideally creating image advertisements for Meta campaigns, e-commerce brands, or advertising agencies. Candidates with an outstanding portfolio and strong creative potential are also encouraged to apply.

Solid understanding of direct-response design principles, with the ability to create visuals that not only look appealing but also drive engagement, conversions, and sales.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Adobe InDesign, or equivalent creative tools.

Strong visual design skills, including an excellent understanding of layouts, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.

Ability to develop attention-grabbing concepts, compelling visual hooks, and unconventional creative approaches that help advertisements stand out in crowded social media feeds.

Good understanding of consumer behavior, marketing psychology, and the elements that influence purchasing decisions.

Creative mindset, curiosity, and willingness to experiment with different visual styles, formats, and advertising concepts.

Strong organizational skills, independence, reliability, and the ability to manage projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented attitude and a proactive approach to sharing ideas and feedback.

Nice to have: Experience with AI image-generation tools and the ability to integrate AI into creative workflows to produce advertising concepts more efficiently.
