Develop a centralized source of truth for supplier relationships, including business owners, contract values, terms, expiration dates, and renewal timelines.
-
Design and implement procurement policies based on spending thresholds, exception rules, and business requirements, balancing appropriate controls with operational flexibility.
-
Create a simple and efficient purchasing request workflow using AI, no-code or low-code tools, or an appropriate procurement platform.
-
Lead negotiations for strategic supplier agreements, using pricing, payment terms, contract volume, renewal conditions, and other commercial levers to achieve favorable outcomes.
-
Manage the lifecycle of existing contracts by monitoring usage, consumption, renewals, and opportunities to optimize current agreements.
