The Provisioning & Entitlements Systems Sr. Analyst is the data steward and object owner for the Entitlements and Provisioning object ecosystem. The Systems Sr. Analyst is accountable for financial reporting accuracy, data integrity, maintenance, and control design across these objects — even where they do not own every individual control tied to the process. They own the data dictionary, serve as the approver for any changes to or edit-access requests against these objects, and act as the P&E team’s sign-off on project work that touches our systems. They partner with process owners, DET, Engineering, and Licensing & Provisioning teams developing go-to-market strategies impacting objects owned by P&E. The role is central to maintaining SOX ITAC controls and to establishing P&E policies and governance.
This role owns documentation, governance, and change approval across the full Entitlements and Provisioning object footprint. The analyst must understand and document all fields and functionality across these objects, how they relate to one another, and the downstream impact of any change to them.
