Responsibilities

→Assesses the nutritional status of patients, formulates a care plan, coordinates its implementation, and evaluates its impact and effectiveness.
→Provides nutrition education to patients/families.
→Approves supplements as appropriate and assists in the development of a hospital formulary appropriate to the patient population.

Qualifications

Registered Dietitian Required (CMS requirement).

One year healthcare experience desirable.
