Schedule estate-plan delivery appointments and follow-up calls for existing clients. No cold calling, weekly pay, and room to grow into work with our financial advisors.

Responsibilities

→Schedule, confirm, and reschedule delivery appointments and follow-up calls
→Follow up with clients who haven't responded
→Invite clients to share honest feedback through Google reviews
→Keep appointment records and call notes accurate

$16/hour plus a $25 employee bonus per Google review (eligibility requirements apply)
Weekly W-2 pay, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, no evenings or weekends
Health, dental, vision, and life insurance after 90 days, plus holiday pay, PTO, vacation, and a 401(k) with match
Training and a path to work directly with financial advisors

Requirements

1+ year of appointment-setting, call-center, or phone-based customer service experience
A clear, friendly phone manner and strong organization
