About Magic
Magic connects busy US founders, executives and teams with highly capable remote assistants. Our clients rely on their assistants to run calendars, inboxes, travel and projects with speed and precision, so the bar for who we place is high.

About the role
We're building a pipeline of top Executive Assistants in Kenya, and we need an experienced recruiter on the ground to own it. Your job is to find the people who don't just interview well but deliver from day one: resourceful, detail-obsessed operators who communicate clearly and follow through on what they say they can do. You'll be measured on how well your hires perform and stay with clients, not on how many people you push through.
