Techops Trainee

• →Monitor system performance, servers, and applications to ensure uptime and reliability
• →Perform basic Linux system administration tasks (user management, file permissions, process monitoring)
• →Assist in troubleshooting system, network, and application issues
• →Support deployment and release activities for applications
• →Write simple scripts (Shell/Python) to automate routine operational tasks
• →Work with logs to identify issues and escalate when required
• →Maintain documentation of processes, incidents, and configurations
• →Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams

• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems (commands, file systems, permissions)
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS basics)
• Familiarity with any programming in language
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and willingness to learn

• Flexible to work in shifts/on-call rotations if needed

Passion for system operations, automation, and DevOps practices

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical knowledge)

• 0 to 6 months (Internship experience in Linux/TechOps/Support is a plus)

• Quick learner with a proactive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and documentation
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
