About the Role

You’ll find, brief, and manage the creators who make Hims & Hers UGC-style ads. You’ll keep a steady stream of authentic, on-brief content flowing to our strategists and editors, and you’ll be the main point of contact for our creator community. You’ll work closely with the Growth creative team in Sydney.

Responsibilities

→Source, vet, and onboard creators who fit Hims & Hers audiences and brand, and maintain a creator database.
→Run outreach and negotiate rates, usage rights and deliverables, working with finance on payments.
→Brief creators using scripts and briefs from our strategists, and guide them through shoots remotely.
→Review submitted footage against the brief and our advertising and brand guidelines before it goes to editing.
→Track creator performance and delivery, and build a bench of reliable, high-performing creators.
→Hit weekly volume targets while keeping quality up, and flag compliance questions early.

2+ years in UGC, creator, influencer or social content management.
Strong written and spoken English, with warm, professional communication.
An eye for what makes UGC feel real and convert, plus confidence giving creators clear feedback.
Highly organised, able to run many creator relationships and deadlines at once.
Comfortable negotiating rates and usage terms.
Able to overlap with Sydney working hours as needed [confirm].
