In this senior role, you will translate business needs into clear product requirements and guide solutions from initial discovery through launch and ongoing evaluation. You will shape the product roadmap, align priorities across stakeholder groups, and coordinate a cross-functional team throughout delivery. Your work will help improve internal workflows, platform usability, and operational efficiency. • Translate business needs into structured product requirements, user scenarios, and acceptance criteria, accounting for user roles, access permissions, process stages, notifications, and reporting.

  • Define, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap while managing the full product delivery lifecycle, from discovery and planning to implementation and outcome evaluation.

  • Coordinate developers, designers, QA specialists, and business stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery.

  • Work with the IT department to audit existing tools, systems, and integrations, identifying opportunities for improvement or replacement.

  • Collaborate with the team to estimate timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies.
