We are hiring for the position of Floor Manager. Please read the details below to understand the job role, requirements and offer.

Working Days: 5 days per week as per the duty roster, if required to work on the 6th day, it will be compensated as overtime (OT). Friday will be one of the work days.
Working Hours: Must be able to work during 3 different shifts on rotation: 7 AM - 3 PM; 3 PM - 11 PM; 11 PM - 7 AM

Work Mode: On-site, Fully Work from office
Due to the nature of this employment, Male candidates will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:

• Observe and monitor the activities of the cleaners and guards, assist them if
  needed.
• Assist receptionists & provide support.
• Ensure cleanliness of the floor, desk, washroom, glass, gate, fan, AC, Admin
  room and conference room.
• Distribute office supplies in designated areas.
• Maintain electric appliances like fridge, oven, AC etc.
• Check and refill washroom supplies, water filter, coffee machine from time to time.
• Provide coffee, snacks, lunch to top management.
• Maintain contact with the support group of CRP (Electrician, Plumber, Security)
  for emergency and routine maintenance requirements.
• Observed the activities of the maintenance personnel during their presence at
  office premises.
• Inform Facility Management Team if anything goes wrong within the office premises.
• Lock doors, switch off lights, fans, AC, faucets, etc at the end of shift. Make sure
  all the laptops are plugged off from the charging port after office hours.
• Perform waste disposal as per policy.

Required qualification & background:
HSC Passed

Required experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field

Specific skills/technical expertise requirement:
Ability to work under pressure
