Senior SAP ABAP Developer

Our Bulgarian Technology team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Senior SAP ABAP Developer to join our SAP practice and contribute to complex, large-scale international transformation projects.

The role is open for Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, and Ruse.

As a Senior SAP ABAP Developer, you will take ownership of complex SAP development topics and work closely with functional consultants, architects, client stakeholders, and international delivery teams.

You will:

• →Design and develop scalable SAP solutions across complex transformation projects.
• →Take ownership of ABAP developments, enhancements and integrations from requirements through implementation.
• →Work closely with functional consultants, architects and client stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• →Perform code reviews, troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• →Contribute to technical design, development standards and best practices.
• →Support testing, deployment and stabilization activities.
• →Mentor other developers and share technical knowledge across the team.

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development within complex implementation or transformation projects.
• Solid knowledge of ABAP Objects, Enhancements, BAdIs, User Exits, RFCs/BAPIs and SAP development tools.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ABAP on HANA.
• Knowledge of CDS Views, OData services and SAP integration concepts is an advantage.
• Experience with AI Agents, Harnesses or Frontier Models will be strong advantage
• Strong debugging, performance tuning and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Experience working directly with clients and international teams.
• Strong communication skills and professional working English.
• Ability to take technical ownership and guide less experienced developers.
