• Patientenversorgung im Center: Du übernimmst die fachgerechte Einleitung der Therapie, weist Patient:innen empathisch in ihre medizintechnischen Geräte ein und gibst Zubehör im Bereich der respiratorischen Medizintechnik aus.
• Diagnostik & Auswertung: Als fester Bestandteil deiner Tätigkeit wertest du schlafmedizinische Diagnostiken (Polysomnographie-Aufzeichnungen) eigenständig, präzise und zuverlässig für unsere Zuweiser aus.
• Beziehungsmanagement & Kundenbindung: Du bist direkte/r Ansprechpartner:in (für lokale Fachkreise (Ärzt:innen, Kliniken, medizinisches Fachpersonal). Durch deinen exzellenten Service, Sympathie und Verbindlichkeit baust du ein starkes lokales Netzwerk auf und bindest Zuweiser langfristig an dein Center.
• Organisation & Dokumentation: Du strukturierst deinen Arbeitsalltag eigenverantwortlich, pflegst alle Aktivitäten transparent in unseren IT-Systemen (Google Workspace / CRM) und hast dein Lager sowie die Inventur im Griff.
• Teamgeist: Du unterstützt bei betrieblichem Bedarf standortübergreifend auch in anderen Centern und berichtest regelmäßig an den Head of Respiratory Centers.

• Hintergrund: Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als MFA (m/w/d), in einem pflegerischen/technischen Beruf oder eine kaufmännische Qualifikation. Auch motivierte Quereinsteiger:innen mit dem richtigen Mindset sind herzlich willkommen!
• Fachwissen: Du bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Auswertung von Polysomnographien mit oder die absolute Bereitschaft, dich intensiv in diese Thematik einzuarbeiten. Die Qualifikation als Medizinprodukteberater:in (MPDG) bringst du mit oder erwirbst diese intern bei uns.
• Persönlichkeit: Du überzeugst durch hohe Beratungskompetenz, Empathie im Umgang mit Patient:innen und eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, um echte Partnerschaften zu Fachkreisen aufzubauen.
• Sicherheit: Du besitzt sichere IT-Grundkenntnisse und den Führerschein der Klasse B (für gelegentliche Vertretungsfahrten zu anderen Standorten).
