Internship – PR Intern – Fragrance & Beauty – Benelux – January 2027 – M/F/D

As the PR Intern for Fragrance & Beauty in the Benelux PR team, you will support press, influencer and launch activity, and be based in Brussels, starting January 2027. You will report to the PR Specialist for Fragrance & Beauty. You will be in direct contact with journalists, influencers and agents, and work with internal teams such as Marketing to secure materials, information and approvals.  

• Creating an impactful outcome from every request, launch or activation you support 

• Building relationships with journalists, influencers, agents and internal stakeholders 

• Taking ownership of your projects and working autonomously 

• Collaborating across the many facets of PR, from media relations to events and reporting 

• Bringing structure to a role with a strong administrative component 

• →A strong interest in PR, media, influencers, social media and the beauty and luxury industry. 

• →Fluent spoken and written Dutch is mandatory, a good understanding of French (speaking and writing a plus) and a good level of English. 

• →Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage several tasks and deadlines at once. 

• →A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership of day-to-day follow-up. 

• →A good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, an eye for brand-fit influencers and comfort with PowerPoint. 

• Practical experience in PR, media relations, influencer marketing and event support. 

• Know-how in managing press requests, product send-outs, inventory and media monitoring. 

• Skills in supporting launches, events and activations, and in preparing PR materials, reports and campaign analyses. 

• Knowledge of social-media monitoring, influencer selection and PR measurement. 

• Professional communication, organisational and project-management skills, built through direct work with media and internal teams.
