• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
• 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Process Improvement, Business Analytics, or a related field. Internship experience within a corporate environment will also be considered.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present analyses, recommendations, and business cases to diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Access, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Sound understanding of financial analysis concepts and key business performance indicators.
• Valid Class B driving license with active driving experience and no travel restrictions.
• Completion of military service obligations for male candidates.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of responsibilities and consistently deliver high-quality results.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• →Develop, maintain, and monitor productivity targets for Package Operations in alignment with business strategy, operational priorities, and long-term organizational objectives.
• →Conduct comprehensive operational audits to evaluate compliance with service standards, performance metrics, operating procedures, staffing models, and productivity goals, identifying opportunities for sustainable improvement.
• →Design and implement accurate work measurement methodologies to optimize workforce planning, resource allocation, operational efficiency, and cost performance.
• →Analyze operational data and business trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations that support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• →Deliver technical guidance, planning support, and operational training to ensure consistent execution of established processes and best practices.
• →Partner with Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and implement innovative technologies, operational procedures, and process enhancements.
• →Support strategic initiatives aimed at improving service quality, productivity, efficiency, and overall business performance.
• →Drive a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven analysis, process optimization, and operational excellence methodologies.
• →Prepare and present operational reports, performance analyses, and recommendations to management teams and key stakeholders.
• →Contribute to the successful execution of organizational projects by providing Industrial Engineering expertise and analytical support.
