Senior Finance Specialist

• →Identify opportunities to automate finance processes using AI and digital tools 

• →Apply AI to analyse financial data, identify anomalies, trends and business risks. 

• →Support implementation of finance automation initiatives such as workflow automation, reconciliation automation and reporting automation. 

• →Preparation of tax submissions including sales service tax, import service tax, and withholding tax. 

• →Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments 

• →Conduct monthly bank reconciliation 

• →Prepare reports and analysis related to accounts receivable 

• →Generate monthly statements for customers 

• →Review accounts receivable aging to ensure compliance 

• →Address customer queries and resolve any issues 

• →Prepare Interco billing invoice and Interco movement details  

• →Support month-end closing activities 

• →Assist with statutory audit requirements 

• →Assist with Treasury related matter 

• →Manage subsidiary company management accounts 

• →Identify problematic accounts and provide regular updates to management 

• →Collaborate with accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure financial accuracy

Requirements:

• →Possess minimum 3 years’ working experience in financial and management reporting. 

• →Strong analytical & problem-solving skills. 

• →Strategic thinking but also hands on and able to deep dive into details as required. 

• →Great communication skills and able to present complex issues in a simple and structured manner. 

• →Able to think and work systematically to identify and recommend process changes to improve work effectiveness and efficiencies, and controls. 

• →Ability to work with tight time frames, assist in direct, supervise and coach subordinates, multi-task, manage resource usage efficiently and priorities task for timely completion 

• →Proficient in Microsoft Office Products is a must (Excel, PowerPoint) 

• →Experience with Global/Regional Finance for compliance, accounting processes, systems and control environment is an advantage
