The next superintendent will be a visible and approachable presence in schools and throughout the community, fostering strong relationships with students, staff, families, and community partners.

The successful candidate will bring demonstrated instructional leadership, substantial K–12 administrative experience, sound fiscal and operational judgment, and the ability to build trust, strengthen organizational systems, and bring people together around a shared vision for student success. Salary is $225 to $255k DOE.
