SunnyMac is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Residential HVAC

Service Technician to join our high-performing team. This role is perfect for a

technician who takes pride in delivering 5-star service while diagnosing,

maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

→ Perform maintenance, repairs, and system diagnostics in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and local codes.
→Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance to maximize system efficiency.
→Troubleshoot equipment using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and related instruments.
→Conduct on-site service visits, addressing performance issues and resolving customer concerns.
→Accurately document service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
→Provide professional, friendly, and clear communication to customers and team members
→ Proven experience in HVAC service and maintenance.

Requirements

Strong troubleshooting abilities with complex equipment issues.
Knowledge of HVAC-related safety regulations and building codes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
EPA Certification (Preferred).
5+ years of HVAC experience (Preferred).
