✓Help maintain a clean and safe environment.

✓Respond compassionately to residents and work collaboratively with the care team.

✓Demonstrate reliability, attentiveness, and proactive problem-solving to deliver exceptional care daily.

✓Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois (required)

✓Clean IDPH background record (required)

✓Previous hospital or senior care experience (preferred)

✓Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
