Summary:
As a SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Associate Manager – Sales & Service, you will support and co-lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations focused on Sales (SD) and Service (SM) modules. Your typical day will involve working closely with client business teams during Fit-to-Standard workshops, configuring SAP Best Practice scope items, and ensuring solution quality across SAP Activate phases. You will also support senior managers in pre-sales activities, guide junior consultants, and contribute to the growth of the SAP Public Cloud practice through reusable assets and knowledge sharing.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a strong functional consultant and growing SME for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Sales and Service modules
- Support and co-lead a team of functional consultants across Sales and Service workstreams
- Contributes to team decisions on solution design, configuration approach, and scope management
- Engage with client business teams and internal project teams on day-to-day delivery activities
- Expected to independently resolve functional issues and provide solutions within the Sales and Service workstream
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and support onboarding of junior consultants
- Track and report workstream progress across SAP Activate phases and flag risks to the project manager
- Support pre-sales activities including effort estimation, scope item mapping, and solution presentations
- Prepare and review configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials

Professional & Technical Skills:
-Minimum 2 to 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations in Sales (SD) and/or Service (SM) modules using SAP Activate methodology — from Explore through Deploy
-Hands-on experience participating in Fit-to-Standard workshops and supporting clients in adopting SAP Best Practice scope items
-Proven ability to independently handle Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Service Management configuration, testing, and documentation in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
-Experience working with cross-functional teams including Finance (FI), Procurement (MM), and IT in a client-facing environment
-Good understanding of SAP Fiori apps for Sales and Service and ability to guide business users on standard SAP capabilities
-Exposure to SAP BTP extensibility (Custom Fields, Custom Logic) for handling delta requirements in Public Cloud context
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
-Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud – Sales (SD) covering scope items BD9, , and related OTC processes
-Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud – Service (SM) covering scope items and related Service Management processes
-Hands-on configuration experience in Pricing, Condition Contracts, Credit Management, and Customer Returns in SAP Public Cloud
-Good knowledge of Service Order Management, Service Contract Management, and Warranty Claim Management processes
-Experience with SAP Data Migration Cockpit (LTMC) for master data migration in Public Cloud
-Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite (BTP) for standard pre-built integrations in Sales and Service


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
