Hostess - Mandarin Speaking | AYANA BALI

We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Hostess to work with our Food & Beverage team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

• →Welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a pleasant first impression
• →Provide accurate waiting time estimates and efficiently manage the guest waiting list
• →Handle restaurant reservations and coordinate seating arrangements
• →Present menus to guests and introduce them to their assigned Waiter/Waitress
• →Ensure guests receive a warm and courteous farewell upon departure
• →Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the reception area
• →Handle incoming calls professionally and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner
• →Assist Mandarin-speaking guests to ensure a smooth and personalized dining experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort

• Fluent in Mandarin & English
• Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
• Availability to work in shifts as needed
• Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
• Diploma in Food & Beverage, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields.
