The position you were looking for! A Healthcare Management Group is in search of a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to see geriatric patients in an assisted living facility located in Poughkeepsie NY. The individual will provide comprehensive nursing and medical care to patients, adhere to organizational standards and policies, demonstrate adequate knowledge and technical skills to ensure care plans and facility procedures are met.
