Enrollment Coordinator

Job Summary: 

 

The Enrollment Coordinator works to coordinate paperwork, verification's, including insurances and other payor sources, and in making other general preparations for new admissions. The Enrollment Coordinator works with the enrollment team to assist in any way possible to enhance communication and ensure that the student admission process is efficient and effective. Registration functions require data entry. This position is also responsible for inquiry calls, insurance verification, payment collections at the time of admission and scheduling of evaluations and admissions.

Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. 

Frequently required to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. 

Frequently required to perform physical work for extended periods of time.

Frequently required talk, hear, see and use repetitive motions. 

Frequently uses audio listening/ amplifying equipment such as headphones, microphones, speakers, etc. 

Frequently able to communicate verbally and in written form. 

Frequently able to use all types of vision, such as close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception, to complete daily tasks.
