Purpose of the Job
Our client offers a suite of devices and tools that are used daily by billions and trusted by over 6 million businesses. Manage versioning, file organization, rights/clearance adherence (music, talent, fonts), and asset handoff across client’s internal and external partners.
Coordinate sound design, mix, color grading, and motion graphics finishing with the client Video Lead and Design Lead.
Track schedules, allocate finishing resources, and proactively flag bottlenecks before they affect delivery timelines, especially on quick-turn briefs.
QC final assets against platform specs (aspect ratios, safe zones, captions, audio loudness levels, and compression specs) before publication.
Maintain an organized Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, asset archive, and standardized naming conventions across active and completed projects.
Explore emerging AI-assisted post tools (transcription, rough-cut assembly, captioning, upscaling) and integrate effective solutions into the studio’s workflow.
Direct output timelines for client’s internal editors and designers while managing external post houses, freelance sound designers, and motion vendors.
