Responsibilities

Perform a variety of therapeutic massage services, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, and specialty modalities
Conduct client consultations and customize services based on individual wellness goals
Create an exceptional experience that encourages client retention and repeat visits
Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing treatment environment
Educate clients on the benefits of routine massage therapy and wellness plans
Recommend enhancements, memberships, and services that support client wellness goals
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and compliance with Florida massage therapy regulations
Collaborate with spa team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience

What We're Looking For

Active Florida Massage Therapy License (LMT) in good standing
Experience performing Swedish, Deep Tissue, and other therapeutic massage modalities
Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
Passion for wellness and helping clients achieve their health goals
Commitment to continued learning and professional development
