You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide professional customer service and clear communication to patients, visitors, and staff. • →Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.
• →Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• →Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed.
• →Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain communication with site leadership, Allied Universal management, and/or emergency responders as required.

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
