As an Unarmed Security Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and document observations using computer or tablet technology. • →Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a financial services location.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the building, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• →Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate visitor, incident, and patrol documentation.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• →Communicate observations and concerns promptly to appropriate site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and/or emergency responders.

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
