Position: Quality Assurance Coordinator
Location: Glasgow

Reports to: Director, Quality Assurance

The Quality Assurance Coordinator provides administrative support for the company’s integrated management system, office audits and certifications.

→Prioritise health, safety and environmental compliance at all times.
→Administer document changes to the Integrated Management System.
→Prepare and issue the General Notices Revision Log and Cover Note.
→Track acknowledgement and confirmation of implementation of General Notices.
→Maintain the legislation register.
→Maintain regulatory plans, including the SOPEP, SMPEP and Vessel Response Plan.
→Maintain the external office audit tracker.
→Arrange schedules and agendas for external office audits.
→Collate departmental documents ahead of office audits.
→Record external office audit findings and responses in NS HSEQ system.
→Coordinate the inter-departmental TMSA review and update TMSA self-assessment in OCIMF database.
→Coordinate and compile input for company management review material.
→Administer and despatch logbooks to vessels.
→Carry out any other duties assigned by the line manager.
