Looking for a caregiving position that works around YOUR life?
A Better Solution in Home Care is actively hiring caregivers for our Stanwood office! We have clients throughout Stanwood, Camano Island, Warm Beach, Arlington, Marysville, and surrounding communities, and we’re looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our growing team.
Whether you’re looking for a few extra hours each week, short visits, or longer shifts, we’d love to learn about your availability and help match you with a client who fits your schedule.
We Have a Variety of Shifts Available!
- 30-minute visits – Great for picking up additional hours
- 4-hour shifts – Perfect for caregivers looking for shorter workdays
- 8-hour shifts – Ideal for caregivers wanting longer shifts
- Morning, afternoon, and evening opportunities
- Weekday and weekend shifts

What You’ll Be Doing
As a caregiver, you’ll provide personalized one-on-one support to clients in their homes. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Preparing meals and assisting with daily routines
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
- Providing medication reminders
- Observing and reporting changes in client needs
- Helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent
What We’re Looking For
- Washington State HCA or CNA certification, or working toward certification in accordance with state requirements
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to meet Washington State background check and employment requirements
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus
