ANDMORE partners with industry associations to bring their shows to AmericasMart Atlanta. Casual Market Atlanta has been produced with the International Casual Furnishings Association (ICFA) since 2023. The Inspired Home Show, owned by the International Housewares Association (IHA), moves to Atlanta in January 2028, co-located with Winter Atlanta Market.

The Brand Manager, Industry Partners owns ANDMORE’s marketing for both shows. You’ll build each show’s annual marketing plan and manage the day-to-day marketing relationship with IHA and ICFA. You’ll also coordinate the content, creative, email, web, growth and experience teams that bring each plan to life. Success in this role requires close collaboration with association partners and internal stakeholders to ensure marketing reflects each show’s unique brand, priorities, and objectives while aligning with ANDMORE’s broader business goals.

You’ll lead ANDMORE’s marketing for The Inspired Home Show’s move to Atlanta, building toward its debut at Winter Atlanta Market in January 2028, and then manage the show’s marketing every year after.

  • Build and own the annual marketing plan for The Inspired Home Show and Casual Market Atlanta, tied to buyer attendance, exhibitor results, and each show’s business goals.
  • Write campaign briefs, key messages, and FAQs, then brief the channel teams and track calendars, approvals, and dependencies through delivery.
  • Align each show’s plan with the Atlanta Market calendar so co-located campaigns reinforce each other instead of competing for the same buyers and channels.
  • Develop year-round marketing strategies that support ICFA’s open-daily business, including ongoing brand visibility, exhibitor promotion, and buyer engagement between markets.
  • Manage joint marketing programs with association partners.
  • Perform other duties and support cross-functional marketing priorities as needed.
  • Serve as ANDMORE Marketing’s day-to-day lead with IHA and ICFA, establishing regular touchpoints (weekly, monthly, or as business needs require) to align on priorities, gather objectives and feedback, coordinate reviews and approvals, share updates, and keep marketing plans and deliverables moving forward.
  • Represent Marketing at partner planning meetings and committees.
  • Report campaign performance to internal and association stakeholders before and after each Market, with specific recommendations for optimization during and post-cycle.
  • Maintain ANDMORE’s master tracker of association memberships and sponsorships, including deliverables, due dates, and internal owners.
  • Brief Creative on sponsorship ads and logo deliverables well ahead of deadlines
  • Build market toolkits that buying groups and associations can share with their members.
  • Existing owners keep the relationships and budgets. This role is accountable for marketing deliverables landing on time and on brand.

You bring experience managing marketing for a brand, whether at an agency, on a licensed brand, within an association, or for a show organizer. You take ownership of integrated marketing plans from strategy through execution, combining strong strategic thinking with disciplined project management. You know how to bring cross-functional teams and external partners together around shared goals, navigate multiple stakeholder perspectives, and use your marketing expertise to drive alignment and continuously improve performance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in brand marketing, integrated marketing, agency account management, or trade show and event marketing.
  • Writing samples that show you can adapt messaging across brands, audiences, and channels.
  • Experience managing external stakeholders who have approval rights over your work.
  • Ability to read campaign performance data and make clear recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of project management, email marketing, and CMS tools.
  • Experience in wholesale markets, trade shows, housewares, home furnishings, or gift is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel to markets and events, including evenings and weekends during market cycles, and to move through large market campuses.
