Flowly Solutions is seeking a dedicated, energetic Warehouse Packer to join our team! In this hands-on role, you will play a critical part in our daily logistics pipeline by making sure every order is securely prepped, accurate, and ready for prompt delivery. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Carefully wrap, protect, and pack outgoing goods according to customer specifications.
• Perform final checks against packing slips to guarantee 100% order accuracy before sealing boxes.
• Print and apply shipping labels, secure boxes, and stack outbound freight onto pallets.
• Move prepped pallets to shipping bays using manual pallet jacks and staging equipment.
• Perform basic inventory checks and alert supervisors to any missing items or damaged goods.
• Keep your packing workstation clean, fully stocked, and compliant with safety guidelines.
• Team up with warehouse colleagues to hit daily shipping targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Background in warehouse packing, assembly, or retail fulfillment preferred (we will train motivated candidates).
• High attention to detail with a commitment to getting orders right the first time.
• Comfort using (or quick to learn) handheld scanners and basic computer shipping software.
• Strong reliability, consistent attendance, and dependable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, stretch, and lift up to 40 lbs consistently throughout your shift.

Compensation & Perks:

• Hourly Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 / hour (based on experience)
• Performance-based monthly incentive bonuses

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Weekends Off)
