Meron Financial Agency is hiring full-time producers to join our remote team. Producers work with people who requested life insurance information and help them choose coverage from 60+ carriers.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Hold needs-based conversations by phone and Zoom
- →Present and compare coverage options
- →Submit applications and follow up through approval
- →Meet daily activity goals
Full onboarding, a mentor, and ongoing coaching.
What We Offer

✓Average of $800–$1,200 per policy
✓Full-time agents: $100,000 to $300,000+ in year one
✓Paid daily/weekly, plus performance bonuses
Requirements
~1 min read- Must live in the U.S. (Lima, OH area a plus, but this role is fully remote)
- U.S. citizen or legal resident
- Able to pass a background check
- Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to get one (we walk you through it)
- Available full time, about 40 hours a week
