~1 min readSpeak with people who reached out asking about coverage. Understand their family, budget, and goals. Then compare options from 60+ carriers and help them choose a plan that protects the people who depend on them.
Our training is built for people new to insurance. You'll learn the products, the conversation, and the process, with a mentor beside you on your first live calls.
- 1099, 100% commission, no cap
- Average of $800–$1,200 per policy
- Full-time agents: $100,000 to $300,000+ in year one
- Paid daily/weekly, plus performance bonuses
Requirements
~1 min read- Must live in the U.S. (Naperville, IL area a plus, but this role is fully remote)
- U.S. citizen or legal resident
- Able to pass a background check
- Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to get one (we walk you through it)
- Available full time, about 40 hours a week
