We’re looking for Journeyperson/Journeyman Heavy Duty Technician to perform routine maintenance, complex repairs on semi-trucks, trailer alignments, diagnostics, electrical work, install bushings, kingpin shocks, and more. This full-time, permanent role is based in our Ottawa, ON store.

• This position offers starting wages of $45 per hour. We offer a clear path for career advancement with wage increases along the way

• →Perform a wide range of general mechanical services, including brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance. 
• →Mentor and coach apprentices by sharing your expertise and supporting their skill development in a learning-focused environment. 
• →Collaborate with a skilled team while working on various vehicles, from standard passenger cars to light trucks. 
• →Identify potential mechanical service opportunities in partnership with the Sales team. 
• →Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality in all tasks. 

• Fully licensed as a Heavy Duty Technician (Journeyperson/Journeyman or Red Seal certified 
• A valid driver’s license 
• Brings a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with front-end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignments 
• Experienced in performing inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, servicing, and repairs on a variety of vehicles 
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
