Setup Technician (2nd Shift)

• Minimum of 1 year of applicable maintenance, setup, machine operation, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience working with production, packaging, processing, or other manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance equipment safely.
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, procedures, and maintenance documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing as a member of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

• Experience performing equipment changeovers and preventive maintenance.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of inventory or manufacturing software systems is beneficial.

• Frequently stand, walk, reach, bend, and use hands for extended periods.
• Regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally lift or move more than 100 pounds with assistance or mechanical devices.
• Ability to work around moving mechanical equipment

• Manufacturing and warehouse environment with moving mechanical equipment.
• Exposure to varying noise levels requiring appropriate PPE.
