Aesthetic Patient Consultant

NOVA Plastic Surgery & Dermatology | Ashburn & Tysons, VA | Full-time | $20/hr + commission on monthly sales goals (top performers earn $70,000+)

Every patient walks into NOVA with something they want to enhance. You're the one who helps them say yes to it, and the reason they keep coming back. You'll turn a provider's recommendation into a plan the patient is excited about, celebrate their results with them, and build a book of loyal patients who see you as their person at NOVA.

You'll work alongside board-certified plastic surgeons and experienced PAs at one or two of our three Northern Virginia locations: NOVA Plastic Surgery (Ashburn), SkinLab (Ashburn), and The Boro (Tysons).

• Consult-to-treatment conversion. Present the provider's recommended plan with clear pricing and financing, and help patients commit with confidence. Plans range from a few hundred dollars to several thousand.
• Prebooking. Every patient leaves with their next appointment booked.
• Memberships and packages. Enroll patients in NOVA memberships and treatment packages that keep them coming back on schedule.
• Your patient book. Follow up by phone, text, and email on every open plan and every unbooked patient until it's resolved.
• The patient experience. Welcome patients, run VISIA skin analyses, recommend medical-grade skincare, and be the familiar face they return to.

You'll be in the room with providers so you see results firsthand and build trust with patients. In-room support is light and non-clinical: holding the chiller, applying numbing cream, room prep, and taking before-and-after photos. No medical assisting certification is required; we'll train you.

• Associate's degree or higher with 3–5 years of work experience, or a licensed or master aesthetician
• A proven record of hitting sales goals in a medspa, dermatology or aesthetic practice, salon, skincare or beauty retail, luxury retail, or another membership-based business
• You know your numbers: you can tell us your goal and what you actually sold
• Comfortable talking about price and asking for the commitment, warmly and without pressure
• Organized and persistent with follow-up, and you understand this is a medical practice
• Your work history shows growth, not just movement
